About us

Belleza Social is an organization registered on August 30, 2013, in the state of Florida, USA.

The organization and administration are led by its Executive Director, Catherine Lynch D., who has chosen to share her dream with society: the planting of principles and values in a world that increasingly needs them, contributing to making the world a better place to live.

We are citizens aware of our responsibility to our families, to the society in which we live, and to ourselves. We are also aware of the social deterioration caused by distancing values from the principles or commandments necessary for human coexistence in the pursuit of the common good. We firmly believe that LOVE, through the practice of good values, is the point of balance for peaceful living of the individual and, through them, of the family, any community, or social group.

Through the decision to love by planting good values so as not to harm others, we invite reflection and self-evaluation to make the necessary changes to transform society for our future and that of new generations.

Our Mission

To bring positive messages (principles and good values) to a world that increasingly needs them, while promoting the personal and professional development of its members, contributing to individual change that generates collective benefit, creating a brand with a new concept based on something ancient, using quality products at affordable prices.

Our Vision

Through the planting of good principles and values, to make the world a better place to live and position the Belleza Social brand in different languages and countries, diversifying its products and being recognized for its quality and contribution to society.

Our Objective

The practice of honesty in our actions and words, providing service with responsibility, efficiency, and love for our work, always giving our best, creating quality products, and delivering excellent service while always seeking satisfaction and excellence.

Our Motivation and Origin of Belleza Social

For some, the name Belleza Social may sound superficial; for others, profound; for some, confusing; and for others, simply beautiful or tender.

For me, it represents the meaning and the missing piece of the puzzle of each of the gifts God has given me throughout my life. Many of them I did not understand at the time and even saw as disturbances, but they were training so that today I can share a life experience and provide tools to those who need them, helping them find balance between spirit (being), mind (science), and body (action), contributing to their well-being and that of those around them, meaning collective well-being — achieving a better society (Belleza Social).

My attraction to aesthetics began as long as I can remember (makeup, hairstyle, clothing, etc.), drawing my attention to balance and harmony in individuals (men/women), which became the introduction to my life purpose.

At the same time, I lived surrounded by love from family and friends, so much that I became overprotected. At first, I saw it as comfortable and easy, but over time I realized it came at a high cost. I tried to blame others for what I was not willing to change, avoiding responsibility for my actions.

My name is Catherine Lynch D., with studies in Business Administration, Cosmetology, Law, and other fields. People often asked why I studied so many different things. I would respond that all knowledge is useful in daily life. However, fear and lack of self-awareness paralyzed me, and I became a collector of professions with a volatile temperament, hiding fear and insecurity.

Time, hitting rock bottom, and making decisions led me to realize that the problem was within myself. Someone once told me:
“Separate yourself from what causes conflict, no matter who it is. Don’t look for blame. Organize your inner self, and everything around you will improve.”

And I did. I learned that fear paralyzes us, makes us blame others, and fills us with anger — an easy path but one that causes the most harm.

Recognizing this is the next step. When we decide to heal ourselves and become better, we begin to find purpose, discover strengths, and accept weaknesses in order to improve them.

Life is a daily opportunity for change. Just as our body cells change every day, we must also work on ourselves constantly. The phrase “I am like this” becomes the most harmful limitation.

Our beliefs can be our strength or our limitation.

Aesthetics goes beyond superficiality. When used properly, it can nourish self-esteem and the soul. True beauty comes from within — reflected through our eyes and smile. Makeup or clothing cannot make us truly beautiful if we do not believe it.

God created us with unique qualities. We must love ourselves first to love others. This is the essence of Belleza Social: balance between the self and the collective.

We should not envy others but improve what we have, using the tools available to us. In this way, society benefits as a whole — family, teams, organizations, and nations.

By putting together the puzzle of my life, I found meaning in serving others and sharing knowledge.

Information builds knowledge, but transformation happens when we take action.

From my father I learned:
We must not close ourselves to learning, but we must also not let knowledge dominate our spirit. God is above all logic, and through faith, we receive what we need to achieve happiness.

Finally, understanding life as a structured plan helped me define vision, mission, and goals — overcoming fear, taking responsibility, building a team, and fulfilling purpose.

Thus, Belleza Social invites others to be part of a better society through values and the common good.
